What We Do

▼Job Responsibilities
We carry out mining operations on the mine site using heavy machinery.
- We use heavy machinery and dynamite to break parts of the mountain.
- The rocks from said mountain are then crushed into smaller pieces using heavy machinery.
- Finally, the raw rock will be transported to the plant

You will initially handle support work before acquiring qualifications for heavy equipment.
The company and your seniors will support you in acquiring qualifications, so do not worry!
Once you get used to the work, you will practice driving dump trucks and 10-ton trucks.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 200,000-300,000 yen

- Commuting allowance (up to 100,000 yen)
- Overtime work paid separately
- Bonus: Twice a year (with year-end bonus depending on performance)
- Salary increase system is available.
