We are looking for an Office Administrator to support all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations and administration in its office in Nishi-Shinbashi. Candidates should have full Japanese proficiency with fluent spoken and written English and this position suits a candidate with approximately 1 year of working experience. The successful candidate with work alongside and support the activities of the Managing Director, Finance Manager and 30 Japanese-speaking project directors and project managers.

The Intralink Tokyo office is a bilingual working environment located close to Shimbashi Station. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with English ability to join an energetic team in Tokyo assisting overseas companies enter the Japan high-tech market.

Remuneration: JPY 3.6-4.5m (commensurate with experience)

Hours: 9:00 - 18:00

Annual Leave: 20 days plus national holidays

Hybrid office/remote
