Senior User Researcher

Are you passionate about the user? Do you love understanding peoples’ motivations, needs and goals? Here at Skipton Building Society we’re recruiting a Senior User Researcher to help us uncover insights into our members’ needs and behaviours and transform our digital experience.

Your role will be crucial in helping to deliver cutting edge digital products to our customers, evolving our online presence and ensuring users are able to meet their goals quickly and efficiently.
