Registered Children's Care Home Manager (NVQ Level 5 In Residential Child Care)

Permanent Role – Monday to Friday and on-call rota

Salary: £55,000 per year plus Bonus

In Addition to Bonus, there will be a one off Bonus payment of £5,000 once home has been Ofsted Registered, Terms and conditions apply.

Location – 6 bedroom home in Morecombe. Home is for 4 young people with Emotional and

Behavioural difficulties.

Essential Qualification - Children, Young People and Family Manager Level 5

Essential Experience - at least 2 years’ Experience.

We are currently looking for a qualified Children's Home Manager to join our team. You will be

responsible for leading and managing our new home. You will oversee the day to day operations

and providing strong motivational leadership to the staff. Your expertise are required and you will be rewarded with a bonus of £5,00 once Care Home is Ofsted registered.
