Position: Youth Worker

Area: Shropshire

Full Time: 8:30-3:30

The Role & Responsibilities
• To supervise the internal exclusion room , manage student behaviour & oversee an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.
• To manage and analyse behaviour data in a way that positively impacts student outcomes, support students with their return to mainstream lessons & management after school impositions.

Requirements
• Hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people.
• Hold good communication and numeric skills/IT & Admin skills.
• You must be a positive role model, enthusiastic and flexible to apply.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Has or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
• Adapts will to new environments.
