Brierley HillWe are recruiting for a PA/Events Coordinator to join an established business based in the Dudley area working for a leading business. The PA will have strong organisational and administration skills whilst overseeing elements of event planning securing venues and liaising with customers. This will be a varied role organising and coordinating events. Hours of work will be 9.00 5.00 Monday to Friday.
As the PA /Events Coordinator you will be responsible for :
• Managing marketing events
• Updating and reissuing in line with any changes
• Coordinating between National sales managers, Area Sales Managers and marketing managers
• Preparing of budgets
• Booking event locations
• Managing and replying to emails
• Administration and filing documentation
• Coordinating and ordering of materials
• Coordinating invites, registrations and general communications
Requirements
• Previous experience in a PA or Events planning position
