House Sitter in South West

My sister is visiting from Australia over the summer and we are planning to travel both in the UK and Europe for a two week period in July and then again from 24th August through to around 26th September this year and will post that sit separately. I am looking for someone to look after my rather timid cat, Astra and my bungalow whilst I am away. The same person / people for both sits would be ideal if at all possible ! The house is modern (1995), detached, has three bedrooms (master en-suite) and a recently renovated kitchen. It is in a very quiet close of similar houses, near shops, a pub and a bus stop with a frequent service to both Bideford and Barnstaple. The beach at Westward Ho! is less than 1 mile away, as is the Taw/Torridge estuary, views of which can be seen from the patio doors in the living room and also from the garden.
