Head of Marketing and Sales

We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Sales professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be focused on developing new markets and geographical areas for Lightnovo Raman spectrometers and microscopes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead marketing and sales team, develop growth strategy
• Follow up on in-bound leads and reach out to potential customers
• Develop content for marketing materials
• Make presentation and demo for the prospects
• Travel a lot – visit global customers and distributors
• Organize and take part in exhibitions and conferences
• Support and drive distributors

Qualifications:
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and marketing materials
• Experience in selling analytical and research instruments to customers in industry, government, and academia
• Project management skills
• Well developed soft skills
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
