Purpose of the Role

The Administration Officer /Jr. People Officer is responsible for providing assistance in carrying out administrative, human resource & purchasing activities. The incumbent is also responsible for coordinating employee interviews, training, employee consultation, employee on boarding, time management, disciplinary management and leave management.

Role And Responsibilities
• Coordinate employee recruitment (Interview, Test and Assessment), onboarding and Induction.
• Provides all necessary assistance in the implementation of administrative and financial rules and regulations.
• Provide assistance in the preparation, compilation, and submission of periodic activity reports and employee related reports on weekly / monthly bases.
• Handling employee time management, attendance, annual leave, and other types of leaves manually and on system.
