General Purpose
• Oversight of all production operations including the flour mill, ship discharging, storage, warehousing and loading, quality, and workshop
• Identification of strategic measures designed to assure a prospering manufacturing site for years to come
• Represent the company as the senior site manager to all local authorities, clients, suppliers, labour, and the community
• Implement continuous improvement strategies leading to improved efficiencies and reduction in waste across all areas and departments
