• Define the product offer of his categories
• Propose the commercial policy for his categories in accordance with commercial project of the company
• Propose an assortment structure, a range of products structure and a promotional policy in accordance with the role of his categories
• * The Category Manager participates to define the targets of his categories. In this frame, his main activities are :
• Contribute to attract new customers and make loyal all customers to the banner, to develop the profitability and the growth of his categories
• Stay on permanent standby situation and observation of the markets, trends, and customers’ expectations
• The category Manager interacts in the P&L of his categories to maximize as much as possible the sales and the profitability
