The position involves managing payroll tasks like processing payroll, maintaining records, and handling benefit programs including health, dental, and pension plans. Additionally, it includes supporting benefits coordination and payroll system administration.

The ideal candidate should possess post-secondary education, such as a diploma or degree in a related field, or have relevant experience. Additionally, they should hold a payroll certification or designation and have 5-7 years of experience in payroll/benefits administration.
