Description:
Collaborate with Construction Operations Manager on KPI reports and provide feedback to Senior Leadership;
Prepare and analyze KPI reports to present to Project Management teams and Senior Leadership;
Create annual sales and marketing plan and determine ROI to support Company growth initiatives;
Develop, maintain and analyze the Company sales and marketing budget;
Attend industry trade shows and events;
Attend community and networking events;
Create and execute presentations to insurance industry representatives and property managers;
Reviews sales contracts and programs;
Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales;
Minimum 3 years of experience leading personnel;
