SUMMARY:

Responsible for taking on a greater leadership role in providing clinical support for our team of therapists and ensures compliance to CARF and FYIdb policies. Through this role Clinical Director will develop stronger relationships with our referring organizations by providing a higher quality and streamlined communication and reporting through servicing our referring caseworkers, clinicians, nurses etc. The Clinical Manager will report to the Clinical Director. Responds to client grievances and complaints by clients, and supports clinical team through supervision, training opportunities, and scheduling.
