Arnprior Regional Health is currently seeking a Manager, Physiotherapy. Reporting to the Vice President Finance & Support Services, CFO, the Manager Physiotherapy is responsible for the provision of Physiotherapy services within the hospital and Grove LTC home and the management and operation of the department and its functions by performing the activities of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the department’s physical, financial and human resources in accordance with departmental and hospital objectives, policies and standards.

The incumbent will oversee the provision of treatment, education and management of patients/residents/clients by the team, through assessment of the patient/resident, establishing a physiotherapy diagnosis and prognosis, developing and recommending an intervention strategy, evaluating the effectiveness and interventions to restore optimal function and terminating the treatment when deemed necessary.
