StandardAero has an exciting opportunity for a strategic Human Resources Leader to join one of the largest independent aviation service businesses in the world. The Company is a global organization with ~7000 employees working out of facilities strategically located in 55 primary locations across 6 continents.

Reporting directly to the sector Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior HR Manager will act as a key member of the Defense, Energy and Component Repair strategic leadership team, with accountability to the Business Unit VP GMs.

The Senior HR Manager will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of results in the areas of Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Compensation for the applicable Business Units in Winnipeg, with additional accountability for satellite locations in Canada and Australia.
