Packing machinery engineers are in charge of and responsible for packaging machinery. They maintain and improve technical standards, analyse results, set up improvement plans, and are responsible for machinery maintenance.

Established in June 2018, TSP 3G Sdn. Bhd. is a Joint Venture company by Mr. Edmund Tan director of Theen Seng Paper Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. with a well known company from China named Suning 3G Technical Recycling Fiber Co. Ltd (Suning 3G) that manufactures and exports High Grade Kraft Paper and PE recycled pellets using the latest technologies from China by recycling sources from pre-consumer waste (Milk Cartons) with a capacity of 50MT/day. 80% of the High Grade Kraft Paper are exported to China while 20% are sold locally whereas 100 % of the manufactured PE Recycled Pellets are exported to China.
