Position: Operations Manager

Company: A building materials/technologies company for the construction and industrial sectors.

Location: Taytay, Rizal (Warehouse) and Mandaluyong City (Office)

Responsibilities:
• Managing the Threading Operations & machine fleet – internal and external partners to ensure that safety and quality are prioritized and machinery issues are dealt with quickly to reduce downtime.
• Ensuring that all staff understand their roles and responsibilities, and are motivated and engaged in the continuous improvement of themselves, their workplace, and their work systems.
• Ensure the site is fully compliant with the company's “Life Saving Rules” and that best practice approaches for safety are implemented at all sites in the region.
• To lead Health & Safety initiatives, drive a proactive accident prevention approach, promote a positive zero accident H&S culture, use effective HSE, policies, procedures and tools throughout the entire region.
