Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Supervisor to join our team! In this role the successful applicant will be responsible for setting BIM Policy and Procedures in accordance with the RC Lifecycle/Stage Gate Process covering all phases of the Lifecycle process from Project Inception, Design though to Construction and FM aspects and will involve Leading/Managing/Mentoring a team of BIM modelers, providing technical guidance and training.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Reports directly to the Manager of the Engineering Department and requires regular interaction with representatives from a variety of functional groups including other departments within Technical Affairs Division, and other internal or external stakeholders as required.
• Develop BIM strategy and standards.
• Oversee the implementation of BIM throughout the project.
