To support our technical team, we are looking for a multi-skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer.

As After-Sales Service Team Leader, you will set the framework and ensure the smooth running of the technical team. You will be customer and solution-oriented, and will be in charge of after-sales service, providing technical support for all installations and repairs.

You will provide technical support as soon as new equipment is commissioned and throughout the duration of the contract. You ensure customer satisfaction and pay particular attention to the quality of the service you provide.

As team captain, you will contribute to achieving the company's financial targets. You will play an active role in the maintenance of the after-sales service and relations with suppliers, and you will continually develop your technical knowledge of the products in our range.
