ABOUT THE JOB:
• As a Modern Workplace Technician, you will be acquiring knowledge and follow processes to provide an efficient IT support environment. You will constantly engage with the team to ensure day to day needs are taken care off.
• You will be part of a cross-functional team that enables IT services across the organization. You will work with the team to deliver the best answers to our business user needs and to take over full responsibility for IT support of applications, desktop PC / Laptop device management and connected services.
• You will use your technical knowledge and work with other senior members to ensure an optimal workplace environment is established. You will contribute to establish a modern workplace environment, administrate, and support different services/products in the environment based on Microsoft cloud solutions and endpoint management tools.
