Position: HR Manager

Location: Hai Phong City, Vietnam

Responsibility:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs , and practices.

1. Oversees HR strategy and operation, responsible for all HR activities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, benefits, learning and development, succession planning, Mobility, employee relations and retention.

2. Support Global Sourcing Production organization and other business/supporting functions located in Vietnam (Haiphong) and nearby regions.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years' experience in Human Resources , preferred with experience in Apparel & Fashion industry.

2. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
