Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager at AV Dynamix (Pty)Ltd, located in Durban. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's relationships with key clients. They will develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications
• Prior experience working as an event co-ordinator or experinece working in hotel banqueting with a solid understanding of the events/hospitality industry
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Ability to manage a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be both client facing as well as managing a small team
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
