Our client in the Advanced water service industry is looking for a Regional Training officer. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Chemical engineering diploma.
• 3 years' experience in engineering.
• Water treatment industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of RO, UF, softening technologies.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Understanding of OHS Act.
• Medically fit for plant environment.
• Adequate vision and hearing

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage training programs.
• Ensure SOP compliance and updates.
• Identify competency gaps and organize training.
• Conduct site-specific training.
• Administer PTO planning for supervisors.
