PretoriaIn collaboration with our esteemed client, a prominent medical claims administrator situated in Pretoria East, we are actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team.Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests
• First line of communication
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Receiving of deliveries
• Ensure reception and boardroom area is tidy and presentable
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for the use of the boardroom
• Assistant to Chief Executive Officer and Operational Manager
• Compiling of Grocery list and sending for approval
• Managing stationary stock
• Overseeing cleaner and her duties
• Adhoc tasks from Management
• Updating white board in managers officeQualifications and Experience:
• Matric
• Inter-personal relationship skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential
• Computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Professional appearance
