Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer (Portuguese Speaking) for client in Centurion. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting computer hardware issues, and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems. The role involves assisting users with technical problems, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and resolving any issues related to desktop computers and printers.

Qualifications
• Experience in desktop computers, printer support, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in Portuguese language
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in IT support

Term and Remuneration
• 6 Months (TBC)
