An international supplier and processor of food products is seeking a dynamic Junior Safety Officer to implement and maintain safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant food standards and regulatory bodies.

Minimum Requirements For The Role
• Must have completed a National Senior Certificate
• Relevant certifications such as SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent will be an advantage
• Must have a sound knowledge of South African safety regulations and standards, particularly those applicable to the food processing industry.
• Previous experience in a similar role or within the food processing industry will be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate safety-related information to diverse audiences will be required for this role
• Must be able to identify potential safety hazards and develop effective solutions
