The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional collaboration between the organization and valued customers, as well as internal teams (sales, planning, operations, finance etc).

Customer collaboration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order processing.
• Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on orders, shipments, and address any issues.

Internal team collaboration

Work closely with the internal team to understand customer requirements and expectations.

Order management
• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage finish good dispatch per target.
