About The Department

AskHR Denmark is working focused every day to operate, optimize and develop our HR services to more than 25.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues in Denmark. Our main goal is to support the continuous growth of Novo Nordisk through fast and accurate HR services to all our colleagues in Denmark.

You will be a part of a newly established team of 10-12 engaged employees working with optimization, implementation and general improvement of processes within HR services. You will be a key player in our development and achieving our 2027 strategy in AskHR.
