PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This position is to manage entire production group and it is critical and most important in the plant and company. In

addition to production group, maintenance & utility group is under this position.

The primary role of this position is to deliver quality product on time without shortage nor over production for business

growth with safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

To make it happen, you need to build robust and autonomy organization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Main responsibilities
• Understand company and plant objective and direction in deep and cascade it down to

production organization.
• Secure safety in responsible area
• Deliver KPI target in SQCDME (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment)
• Make sure maintenance of production machine, equipment, utility, building are well managed within maintenance budget.
