Reporting to the Head of Production you will be responsible for delivering all STP associated with Compliance- Quality, Environmental, H&S, Productivity, waste/variances to standard and labour optimisation within the department.
You will provide direction and motivate your team to ensure everyone is performing their duties and responsibilities.

You will also work very closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all processes are simplified, implementing improved ways of working, resulting in growth of good and sustainable valued added business.
