Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Mirissa gate resort located in Matara for a Front Office Trainee. The Front Office Trainee will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
