JOB DESCRIPTION:Administrative Support:Drawing up request form for creation of customer master data.Supervising timely creation of correct masterobjects for sales prices.Addressing system incompatibilities generated by the quotation check program.Maintenance, actualisation and clean-up of SAP quotations.Input of cost distribution in SAP.Monitoring accuracy of legal reporting available via e-reporting.Follow-up on approval process of pro forma invoices in collaboration with customer services.Problem Solving in relation with SAP:Input into the established databases.Drawing up credit and debit note requests when customer requests come in.Entering supplements (for non-conformities) sales prices in SAP.Tender Implementation:Ensuring that quotations are set-up in a smart way in line with the guidelines for quotation set-up.System Optimization and Efficiency:Repricing of orders with late price confirmation.Update/change quotations according to the rules and guidelines of the optimization...
