Job Qualifications:
• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related program
• Preferably with at least six (6) months of experience in compensation and benefits
• With good communication skills and keen to details
• Willing to be assigned in Malabon City
Job Responsibilities:
• Encodes newly-hires information in the company's in-house system
• Process government loans in Pagibig/SSS
• Inputs deduction of employees and updates contribution records as necessary
• Prepares and uploads contribution summary online
• Answers employee concerns about contribution status and loans
• Attends to seminars related to SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig matters
• Other related tasks that may be assigned
