• Effectively build, recruit, and develop a team of Business Unit Managers and Financial Advisors
• Train and manage your teams to drive excellent performance
• Conduct speaking engagements to assist your teams in overachieving targets
• Holistically lead your teams to develop their career in the insurance and investments industry; from recruitment, to training, to onboarding, to retention
• Manager of managers

Key Qualifications
• Tenured/Seasoned Business Unit Manager, at least 2-3 years
• Entrepreneurial mindset / self-initiated and highly motivated
• Passionate to develop and help people
• Preferably a consistently top-performing Unit Manager
