One of the pioneering real estate development companies in the country is in need of an Operations Head to join its expanding team. The successful candidates, directly reporting to the President & CEO, will be responsible in the day to day operations of the company, sales, and oversee developments of projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

15 years of progressive experience in real estate operations, sales and, project development

Experience in handling multiple projects, particularly townships, horizontal, and vertical projects

Outstanding leadership and communication skills

Ability to work and communicate seamlessly with all levels in the organization

Possesses positive, dynamic and, entrepreneurship personality

Possesses “hands on”, self-starter, with “can do”, and “will do attitude”

Willingness to be based in Quezon City but travel across Luzon, Philippines
