Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all
tanks for supply

Check water flow

Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station

Do water meter reading

Change air blower (air blower needs change run every
hour)

Reading water meter

-
Grease and Change Belt

-
Monitoring of Equipment

-
Assist contractor

-
Assist tenant call and service call

-
Do
on call duties as needed
