Responsibility
• Managed overall project with external (customer) and internal stakeholders.
• Own and develop project schedule and prepare for First Article Inspection and smooth transfer to high volume manufacturing.
• Responsible for overall NPI project deliverables schedules,quality,techincal aspect,BOM readiness,setting up process flow for assembly,headcount readiness,identify and established equipments capabilities,production layout,capacity studies and subsequent capital investment.
• Ensure process optimization on sheet metal and assembly are taken into considerations.
• Able to consult and negotiate with customer on project technical specifications and deliverables.

Requirement
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years working experience as NPI Engineer.
• Profound knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process such as milling, turning,grinding ,polishing and etc.
