**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare and training management for Plant.
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
- Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
- To monitor, update & keep records on staff salary package, welfare, wellness and health.
- Processing of employment letter and others administration needs.
- Conducting orientations and employee relations counseling.
- Overseeing exit interviews
- Understand the business needs and provide HR solutions accordingly.
- Succession planning and implementation.
- Processing of employees’ attendance record, submission of EPF, monthly payroll, payroll reports and income tax to all relevant government entities.
