Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Balikpapan for an Accounting Supervisor at CV. Depo Cat. The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll. The Accounting Supervisor will also collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with regulations and provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to supervise and mentor a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
