Develop and oversee the implementation of maintenance management strategies , utilizing the principles of total productive maintenance, to optimize the performance, uptime availability, reliability, and life cycle of production machinery and utilities. Plan and manage the implementation, accurate and up-to-date recording, and periodic analysis of maintenance activities , as determined based on equipment requirements, specifications, performance, maintenance schedules, engineering codes and best practices. Exercise oversight and control of the maintenance management team in executing all planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) are updated on a real-time basis to track and document maintenance outcomes to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to minimize equipment downtime and maximize availability, reliability, and performance.
