WeDoData are working with a school in Reading who are looking to appoint a Data Manager to manage and develop their School’s Management Information System.

This role is at an All Girls Secondary School, Ofsted rated ‘Good’, part of a wider multi-academy trust. The team are diverse, supportive and inclusive. The wider organisation has a collaborative approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop within the role and opportunity to progress within the group.

Responsibilities will include:
• and administering whole-school data (SIMS)
• of student performance data (4Matrix)
• assessment and reporting on student records
• on data interpretation to SLT

Successful applicants will have:
• attention to detail
• IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
• reporting and analytical skills
• leadership and project management skills
• using SIMS, or other School Management Information Systems
• with 4Matrix, or other school analytical tools
