Job summary

We are looking for a Neuro Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our Community Rehab Team based in Folkestone.

We are amulti-disciplinary teamthat includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists and therapy assistants. We work within Community Hospitals, patients' homes and rehabilitation groups to ensure effective discharge planning and a seamless rehabilitation pathway.

We provide short-term rehabilitation to enable patients, where possible, to remain in the community rather than be admitted to hospital or long-term care, and to live as independently as possible. We have close links with Acute Hospitals to ensure patients are able to continue their rehabilitation in the community following discharge from hospital.
