Acting as main contractor in the South Wales region and specialise in new build residential development for registered social landlords across the region.Their near 40 year involvement in this sector has enabled them to develop strong relationships and reputations with their client base and supporting supply chain, which has aided in the development of 1000's of new homes.The RoleThey are looking for a Buyer with proven experience in the residential sector, of project values in range from £2m - £8m, with preferably good exposure in affordable housing.The responsibilitiesAs a buyer, you will be under the support and direction of the Project Quantity Surveyor and the wider construction and commercial team.
