Your role

We are looking for an engaging, methodical and organised HR Officer to deliver an efficient, legally compliant, timely, accurate, consistent and proactive HR Operations support across the estate, whilst ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency of processes.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a busy and changing environment, can remain composed under pressure and can work with a high level of autonomy.

They should have a good knowledge of HR Employment law, HR reporting requirements and compliance. This role requires a process minded applicant, who has a strong grasp of figures, reporting and attention to detail. Payroll knowledge and experience would also be desirable.
