We are recruiting for a Bid Team Leader who can guide the small team of 3 permanent team members through its next stage of evolution. The team is well established and has a strong set of tools and processes to support its activity. However, the team’s remit is expanding. An increased number of larger, more complex bids, is expected and consequently the team is engaging more in capture management activities.
