Dixcart has been providing professional expertise to individuals and their families for fifty years. We require an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join our small team. You would be required to administer our internal systems as well as provide remote support to our overseas offices. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of IT disciplines and work within an experienced and dedicated team of professionals. On the job and self-paced IT training will be provided.

The applicant will work within a small team but must be able to work independently to meet deadlines.

It is not necessary to have prior experience in an IT support capacity; rather, you should have a genuine enthusiasm in beginning or furthering your IT career.
