We are looking for a Production Manager who can take an active part in establishing Upteko’s new production for manufacturing our drone system solutions and bring it to the next level. Qualifications
• Experience in production management and operations
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with drone technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
