The Immigration Programs Branch delivers and promotes the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), an immigration program operating under the Canada-BC Immigration Agreement and in accordance with the Provincial Immigration Programs Act. The BC PNP allows the province to attract and retain foreign workers and entrepreneurs for expedited permanent immigration based on B.C.’s labour market and economic development priorities.

Reporting to the Manager, Program Development & Promotion, the Engagement Specialist is part of a team responsible for research, strategic analysis, program and policy design, and implementation of a range of high-profile, multi-dimensional projects in support of economic immigrant attraction and economic development.
