Position: female psychologist/counselor at Young Mothers' Foundation

Young mothers' hope foundation is a humanitarian, non-profit organization registered in Sri Lanka. We provide a secure home for underage, unmarried mothers (to be) and their children.

We are based in Matara

We are looking for an experienced female psychologist/counselor to support our mothers and our team on site. We would like to hire someone for three days a week (from Monday to Wednesday). Working hours are from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm including meal breaks. Daily trips from far away (for example from Colombo) is an exclusion criterion, as we must be able to rely on you.

An ideal candidate sho

be a female candidate,

possess a degree Clinical/Counselling psychology,

have at least 2 years demonstrated experience,

be able to clinically investigate and prescribe victimised women in the safe house, be willing to work in Matara,
